Charles Darwin Killed Charlie Kirk

ree

In Chapter 7 of the Book of Acts, we meet a man ablaze with truth. Stephen, well-versed in the words of the prophets, stood before the powerful, the intellectual, the influential. His words cut through their pride like a sword. They could not withstand the Spirit by which he spoke. Enraged, they gnashed their teeth and drove him out. As stones rained down, blood splattered, and his body crumpled to the ground, his voice rose one last time: “Lord, forgive them.” With that breath, Stephen’s earthly life ended, but his eternal witness had only begun. A young man named Saul looked on, approving. Yet from that very moment, the seeds of truth were planted, and Saul would one day become Paul—the great apostle who carried the Gospel across the known world.

Centuries later, another voice arose—not from heaven, but from the dust of doubt. In the nineteenth century, Charles Darwin declared a theory that shook faith at its core: evolution. It is a theory that believes: Out of nothing came everything. Out of chaos came order. Out of lifeless matter came life itself. The Creator was written off as myth, and the crown of His creation—human beings—were reduced to accidents of chance. Humans were merely the highest form of a succession in the animal kingdom.

What followed Darwin’s theory, shared with the public, was a slow erosion of culture. Absolutes became suggestions, morality became situational, and eternal purpose was traded for fleeting pleasure. Today, we live in the full wake of that rebellion—suicide, despair, sexual confusion, drug addiction, intolerance, and violence. A generation taught that life has no meaning or destiny. Our society lives as though it is true, and yes, assassinations have become an action to silence the freedom to express differing beliefs. But the Word of God declares otherwise: “You are fearfully and wonderfully made.” You are not random. You are not meaningless. You are a treasure of inestimable worth, handcrafted by a Creator who knows your name and numbers the hairs on your head. You were born with purpose, with passion, with eternal significance. You are loved.

And now, like Stephen before him, another voice was silenced. Another man who dared to speak truth in a culture that hated the Truth. Charlie Kirk, fearless and unrelenting, cut through the lies of evolutionary man, through the chaos of relativism, and declared boldly the unchanging Word of God. For this, his life was taken. But hear me—it is not the end. Jesus Himself declared:

“Unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.”                John 12:24 NASB

Charlie’s death is not defeat—it is multiplication. His voice will not be silenced; it will echo across nations. His message will not die; it will grow stronger. Men and women, young and old, will pick up his mantle, carry his cross, and run with boldness into the fire. The very message he proclaimed will now be thundered by millions: “You are a treasure beyond compare. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your life is not random—it is intentional, infused with eternal value and love.”

Stephen’s blood watered the ground for the Gospel to explode in the first century. Charlie’s sacrifice will do the same in our generation. His name will be remembered not in hundreds, not in thousands, but in millions upon millions—forever tied to the Truth that no stone, no bullet, no grave can silence.

Thank You, Jesus—for Stephen, for Charlie, for the cross, and for the eternal life that can never be taken away.
